I am a consultant, educator, and researcher, working at the intersection of learning design, strategic leadership development, and change management to empower and inspire globally diverse teams.In this work, I draw on nearly two decades of experience in information science (MLIS) and organizational leadership (PhD), combining adaptive learning, leadership development, and knowledge management best practices to partner with leaders for sustainable transformation.
